  • Beetroot – 0.5 pcs.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Recipe:

Finely chop the cabbage and remember it well along with the salt.

Grate the carrots and peeled apple (coarsely!).

Cut the bell pepper into pieces.

Grate the beets on a large grater (do not cook them! We use raw ones).

In this case, mayonnaise softens the taste of our raw beets.
