  • We throw all these prepared products into the pan. Salt, season with spices, add water so that it covers the meat by about 10 cm.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cook for 2 hours. Remove foam if necessary. The meat should become soft. Remove the pieces from the broth, chop them finely and cover to keep warm. Strain the broth.
  • Wash the rice for the side dish, add water, boil until tender, add salt to taste. The time will depend on the type of cereal. At the end, place in a colander and rinse.
