Step-by-step cooking process
- Eggs need to be washed, hard-boiled, shelled and coarsely chopped.
- The celery stalk should be washed and cut into thin strips.
- You need to prepare garlic sauce, for this:
- you need to wash the dill, cut off the thick stems, chop finely, then crush the dill properly with a knife so that its juice is released;
- you need to peel, wash the garlic and squeeze it through a press;
- Place the sour cream in a bowl, add dill and garlic to the bowl, mix.
- Garlic sauce must be mixed with olive oil in a one to one ratio.
- You need to mix eggs with celery in a salad bowl, season the salad, add salt and spices to taste.
Before serving, the finished salad can be beautifully decorated with a mixture of fresh herbs.
