The number of calories in cottage cheese and the content of useful nutrients in it directly depend on its fat content - this is suggested by ordinary logic. Still, fat-soluble vitamins are unlikely to be found in low-fat cottage cheese. And the number of calories, it is clear that the most will be in the cottage cheese where there is more fat, because fat is the most energy-intensive (remember, 1 g of protein and 1 g of carbohydrates is 4 kcal, and 1 g of fat is 9 kcal?). Ingredients:
- 60 g oatmeal;
- 70 ml kefir;
- 2 egg whites;
- big green apple;
- 0.5 teaspoon each of cinnamon and baking powder;
- 30 g raisins or dried apricots;
- 40 g flour;
- vanillin.
Recipe:
- First, mix the dry ingredients - oatmeal, cinnamon, baking powder, vanillin and flour.
- Peel the apple, remove the core, and grind into puree.
- Beat the whites into a strong foam.
- Pour boiling water over the dried fruits, after 10 minutes drain the water and place on a sieve.
- Combine the apple with the egg whites, add the dry ingredients, and add the dried fruits.
- Wrap the finished dough in cling film and place it in the refrigerator to rest for 20 minutes.
- Form balls and place in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Set the oven temperature to 200C and bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
Pumpkin pie without butter or margarine
Pumpkin is one of the favorite dietary foods, and in combination with dough it will turn into a table decoration.
Ingredients:
- 400 g pumpkin;
- half a glass of sugar in the dough, and ¾ glass for syrup;
- 270 g semolina;
- 1 tbsp. kefir;
- 1 lemon;
- 120 ml water;
- baking powder.
Recipe:
- We pass the pumpkin through a meat grinder or grate it.
- Mix the pumpkin mass with kefir, baking powder, add sugar and semolina, add lemon zest.
- Transfer the resulting dough into a cake pan and place in the oven.
- To prevent the baked goods from turning out too dry, we use syrup.
- In a container, mix lemon juice with sugar and water.
- After removing the pumpkin pie from the oven, pour the syrup over it and leave it to soak.
Jellied pie with cabbage
Preparing a diet jellied pie for dinner does not take much time.
Ingredients:
- 0.4 kg shredded cabbage;
- 450 g low-fat kefir;
- a pinch of salt;
- carrots – 2-3 pcs.;
- 320 g oat or whole grain flour.
Recipe:
- For the filling, simmer 0.4 kg of shredded cabbage with some carrots grated on a coarse grater, add salt at the end of cooking;
- In a separate bowl, mix 450 g of low-fat kefir with a pinch of soda and salt. Now add 320 g of oatmeal or whole grain flour to the liquid component.
- Pour half of the dough into the mold, spread the stewed cabbage filling on top, and fill with the remaining dough.
- Place in the oven to bake at 160C.
Diet cake according to Dukan
The famous nutritionist Dukan does not advise giving up your favorite desserts, so he shares the secret of an exquisite diet cake.
Ingredients:
- 150 mg low-fat milk;
- add 20 g gelatin;
- 350 g wet cottage cheese;
- 80-100 g sour cream;
- vanillin;
- orange.
Recipe:
- Pour 150 mg of low-fat milk into the pan, add 20 g of gelatin.
- Heat the mixture over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

- 1 potato, eggplant, zucchini and carrot;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- half a pack of low-fat yogurt;
- spoon of butter;
- thyme, parsley, ground black pepper, salt.
Recipe:
- Cut the eggplant into thin slices and sprinkle with salt to remove the bitterness.
- Prepare the sauce for spreading the vegetable layers: mix yogurt with ground pepper, thyme and garlic gruel.
- Grease the mold with butter and begin to form the cake. Place eggplant slices on the bottom, then brush with sauce.
- Next, lay out the chopped carrots and zucchini slices. The potato mugs are placed last.
- We coat each layer in turn with the sauce.
- Wrap the shape with foil on top and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 200C.
- Shortly before cooking, remove the foil and sprinkle the pie with chopped parsley.

We will need pasta - 400 grams, minced meat - 300 grams, onion, salt and ground pepper, tomato paste - 2 spoons, sunflower oil.

Tip: While the pasta is boiling, immediately make the minced meat so as not to waste time.
- Finely chop the onion and fry it on the stove until golden brown.
- Place minced meat, salt and pepper in a frying pan with onions and mix.
- Wait 10 minutes, add tomato paste.

We will need: 2 strips of bacon, 400 grams of potatoes, vegetable oil, a tablespoon of brown sugar, a clove of garlic, 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a teaspoon of mustard, fresh herbs (dill, parsley, onion), salt and pepper.
Cooking steps:
- Potatoes need to be cut into strips and boiled on the stove.
- Then fry the bacon in a frying pan, drain off excess oil, break the bacon into small pieces.
- Place the potatoes in the pan where the bacon was fried, add vegetable oil and fry a little.
- Add garlic, salt, sugar to potatoes, pour in vinegar, stir. After a few minutes you can turn it off.
You need to make sure that the potatoes are half cooked, otherwise they will begin to crumble when frying.
Tomato and egg salad
We will need: 5 boiled eggs, bell pepper, onion, green salad leaves, celery root, cheese, mayonnaise

- Boiled eggs should be cut into cubes and placed in a deep bowl.
