PP oat cheesecakes – recipe
Place cottage cheese of any fat content in a bowl and mash with a fork. Whether it will be grainy or pasty - the choice is up to the hostess.
Wash the chicken egg, wipe it dry and break it into a bowl with cottage cheese.
Mix the ingredients, add salt, add vanillin and add semolina to them.
We make oatmeal ourselves by grinding flakes or grains in a coffee grinder. You can buy ready-made flour in the store. To remove large pieces, it is better to sift it. Pour the flour into the bowl with the cheesecake dough.
We sort the raisins, remove the stems and wash them. If it is hard, you can soak it in boiling water for a couple of minutes and then squeeze it well. We add the prepared raisins to the rest of the ingredients.
Knead the dough, gather it into a ball, cover with a towel, and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Roll the dough into balls with a diameter of 3-4 centimeters.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well. We lay out the koloboks, turning them into flat cakes 1 centimeter thick. Fry for a couple of minutes over low heat.
Carefully turn the products over and fry for another 2 minutes.
Place the finished cheesecakes with oatmeal on a paper towel to remove fat.
Then we serve.
You can top it with honey or berry sauce or sour cream. Delicious cheesecakes will appeal to the whole family.
Cheesecakes with oatmeal
Cheesecakes with oatmeal are a healthy and satisfying delicacy that can be classified as part of the healthy nutrition menu, because... All the products included in the composition are very useful. In addition, we will fry the flatbreads with a minimum amount of vegetable oil.
The basis of a delicious dish is cottage cheese. It should be moderately dry. It is quite difficult to form neat cakes from a wet product that will not fall apart during heat treatment. Fat content does not matter, and we choose it only from personal preference.
It is noteworthy that in this recipe for cheesecakes with oatmeal, flour is used exclusively for breading in order to give the finished curd cakes a golden brown color. However, this ingredient can still be added if the curd is wet. Flour can absorb some moisture and make the dough more viscous. But you should limit yourself to a maximum of two tablespoons, so as not to spoil the taste of the finished dish.
Oatmeal is the second important ingredient. It is necessary to take an instant product so that you do not have to pre-boil the flakes.
The connecting link is eggs. Add sugar as desired. Its quantity can also be varied.

Cheesecakes made from cottage cheese and oatmeal, baked in the oven (without semolina)
The list of ingredients for this dish is very short. For cooking, it is better, of course, to use homemade products. But not everyone has this opportunity, so store-bought cottage cheese will also do. This is how I usually cook. We will need:
- 200 g cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal;
- 2 tablespoons honey (you can use sugar or a sweetener);
- vanillin as desired.
It is advisable to use soft cottage cheese; I used grainy cottage cheese, which also made delicious cheesecakes, but soft ones make them more tender.
To add sweetness to the dessert, you can add honey. But when heated, its beneficial properties disappear - this is worth remembering. If you are comfortable with different types of sweeteners, you can try adding them. I chose the simplest and most common sugar.
How to cook tender and tasty cottage cheese pancakes in the oven without molds?
In order for you to get airy and fluffy cheesecakes cooked in the oven, it is not at all necessary to have special molds.
1. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and blend it with a blender. Or you can grind it through a sieve. Choose the option that you like best.
2. Then add one egg, oatmeal and sweetener to this mass (in my case it is sugar). And mix everything well. You can also add vanillin here if desired.
If you don't have oatmeal, you don't need to rush to the store in search of it. You can simply grind the oatmeal into flour using a blender or coffee grinder. It turns out to be much cheaper than buying it ready-made. Moreover, such a product can only be purchased in large stores or stores specializing in healthy nutrition. I choose the cheap and simple option.
3. Then there are two ways: 1 - form the cheesecakes with your hands and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper; 2 - Using a spoon, spread the dough onto the parchment.
Lubricate the paper with a small amount of vegetable oil using a brush.
The first option is more beautiful, the second is faster.
Bake at 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Then remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and transfer to a plate. Serve with fruit and sour cream, if your diet allows it. And even without all this, such a treat flies away in an instant!
These curd cheesecakes are low in calories compared to those fried in oil in a frying pan, but no less tasty. Kids will love them because they can be eaten like a cookie—grab them and run.
Many people still think that home baking takes a lot of time. Try it and be surprised how quickly and easily you can prepare such desserts.

Recipes for cheesecakes with sesame halva. You can also take sesame - its usefulness is known (especially its high calcium content), but many may have problems with the digestibility of whole seeds - the shell is a bit harsh. Store-bought halva is full of refined sugar and flavorings, and it is not always prepared from fresh seeds. At home we take high-quality seeds and honey, although we have to tinker a little. For a glass of seeds - 2 tbsp. buckwheat honey and coconut flakes, 1 tbsp. ground natural coffee (cocoa powder). Grind the seeds in a coffee grinder, then mix in a blender with shavings and coffee, place in a bowl, add honey and grind everything thoroughly with a wooden pestle. Place the mixture in a glass or plastic container moistened with cold water, compact it and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
For cheesecakes you will need 200 g of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. any bran, whites of 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. sesame halva. Beat the egg whites, mix everything, form the cheesecakes. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Serve with fresh berries or fruit.
Puffed poppy seed cheesecakes without flour are prepared in a double boiler. For 200 g of cottage cheese – 1 tbsp. honey, 70 g bran, 20 g blue poppy seeds, egg, a little salt. Grind the cottage cheese with a fork with the egg and honey, add bran and steamed poppy seeds, mix. With wet hands, form the cheesecakes, place them on the steamer rack, and steam for 25 minutes. Serve with low-fat sour cream. Poppy seeds have many beneficial properties (improving digestion, vision and central nervous system function, normalizing blood pressure, calming, etc.), but they are high in calories (556 kcal per 100 g) and are contraindicated for asthma, constipation, liver and gall bladder diseases.

How to make cottage cheese pancakes with proper nutrition
There are a huge variety of cheesecake recipes. They may also include additional products as filling.
With proper nutrition, cheesecakes are simply irreplaceable. It is enough to know the basic recipe to improvise with fillings and find the perfect option to suit your taste.
Basic recipe step by step with photos
For dietary cheesecakes you will need the following ingredients:
- 500 grams of cottage cheese – low-fat;
- egg;
- vanillin - about 1 tsp.
First of all, you need to process the cottage cheese. To make the dish light and airy, the main component must be whipped in a blender.
If you don’t have this equipment at home, you can use a simple sieve. When using a sieve, the process must be repeated again, that is, grind all the cottage cheese through it twice.
The finished ingredient should be transferred to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients - egg and vanillin.
They need to be mixed using a spoon or whisk. The dough turns out homogeneous. You can form the cheesecakes yourself. In a separate bowl or plate, prepare a little flour.
It will serve as a tender crust for the dish. Using a spoon, you need to divide a small amount of dough and form a round lump.
The next step is to roll it in flour. The finished ball must be turned into a flat cake and fried in vegetable oil. Eat warm.

You can top it with fruit sauce prepared using a blender. This recipe contains the minimum ingredients for the dish. It can include sugar, various additives in the form of fruits and even carrots and pumpkins.
Semolina also goes well with this delicacy. It increases the volume of the dough. If there is not enough cottage cheese, semolina will help compensate for it.
Cooking in the oven
Cheesecakes for dinner should be as light as possible, free of high-calorie components. Cooking in the oven eliminates the need to use vegetable oil for frying.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 0.5 kg;
- eggs – 2 pcs. ;
- oat bran – 4 tsp;
- baking powder – 5 gr. ;

- stevioside – 4 tsp. (replaces sugar).
If the dough contains bran or semolina, there is no need to use flour. These ingredients replace flour and make dishes tender.
All components must be blended in a blender or mixed thoroughly using a whisk. Find out what the menu looks like for every day with proper nutrition for pregnant women from the article: proper nutrition for pregnant women.

How to cook “Cheese pancakes with oat flakes without flour”
- Step 1. Ingredients for making cheesecakes.
- Step 2. Our first step will be to get rid of grains in the cottage cheese. Perhaps you have a soft, paste-like curd, then you can safely skip this step. My family doesn’t like curd grains, so I break the curd with an immersion blender. If you don’t have one, rub the curd through a sieve, helping yourself with a wooden spoon.
- Step 3. Add quail eggs. It’s more convenient to break them into a separate cup, mix and then pour into the cottage cheese. Add a little fine salt, a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of baking soda and sour cream. Mix everything until smooth, we should have a liquid dough.
- Step 4. Add the flakes and leave for 3-5 minutes to swell. The dough has become much thicker and you can now form cheesecakes from it, but we will do this a little later.
- Step 5. Prepare the pears - wash and peel. Grate it on a coarse grater and add it to the dough. Let's send dried cranberries there too.
- Step 6. Next, let's make the curd cheesecakes fragrant. Grate the zest of half a lemon, but make sure that only the yellow part gets into the dough. Add a little cinnamon and nutmeg. It is more convenient to add them already ground, since when you grind them yourself, the spice particles turn out to be quite large.
- Step 7. Add olive oil and mix well.
- Step 8. Proceed to forming cheesecakes. With wet hands we form fluffy, but not very large cheesecakes. Roll the finished cheesecakes in flour on all sides. Pour enough oil into the pan and heat it well. Fry the cheesecakes on all sides until beautifully golden brown.
- Step 9. Place in portions and serve with sour cream, honey and jam.

Today’s recipe, I think, will find more of its supporters among the fair half, because it is prepared without the use of wheat flour. These cheesecakes turn out incredibly light, very healthy and very, very tasty! And also incredibly cute to look at! Well, are we ready?

Recipe for cheesecakes without flour and semolina with oatmeal
- First of all, I suggest grinding the oatmeal.
- The easiest way to do this is using a small blender, or using a coffee grinder.
- Next, let's make the cottage cheese - put it in a large blender bowl.
- Break the egg, add salt and sugar.
- Grind everything into a homogeneous mass - mine turned out quite yellow due to the use of homemade eggs.
- Now add crushed oatmeal to this curd mass and mix thoroughly.
- The dough for our original cheesecakes is ready.
- It's time to mix three types of seeds - this will be our breading.
- Now we form small neat balls from the curd mass.
- And then we bread them in a mixture of seeds.
- We place such preparations in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and press lightly with the palm of our hand - we will fry the cheesecakes for 4-5 minutes on each side over low heat.
- When the amazing crust of seeds on the cheesecakes is browned, you need to put them on a napkin or paper towel and blot the already browned products with it to remove the oil.
- Agree that these cheesecakes look very tempting and appetizing, right? Now you know how to make flourless cheesecakes with oatmeal.

Cheesecake recipes in the oven
How to make delicious cheesecakes without flour? The classic recipe for dietary cheesecakes without flour is called so because of its ease of preparation. For 250 g of cottage cheese - egg, honey or stevia (2-3 g is usually enough) to taste, vanillin, 3 tbsp. wheat bran. Beat the cottage cheese in a blender (you can rub it through a sieve) and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Scoop up the mixture with a spoon, roll in ground oatmeal, form into flat cakes, place on a baking sheet (it’s convenient to use baking paper, but you can grease with butter), bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
Another simple recipe for dietary cheesecakes, with apple and dried apricots. For 250 g of cottage cheese - a small peeled apple, an egg and 50 g of dried apricots. Grate the apple on a fine grater (squeeze out the juice lightly) - in combination with the eggs it will hold the dough together and give the cheesecakes more fluffiness; finely chop the dried apricots. Mix everything with beaten egg and cottage cheese. Dip the curd balls into a well-beaten egg, flatten, place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven as in the previous recipe. You can serve with low-fat sour cream.
