For example, if a person realizes that they are eating too quickly, they may consciously focus on eating more slowly. Another strategy is to create a healthy meal plan and then meal prep for the next week. A person can prepare lunches for the week on the weekends. This will reduce the temptation to buy takeaway or fast food.

It's important to remember that occasionally breaking healthy habits doesn't mean your efforts are in vain. Failures happen to everyone, the main thing is that the next day a person starts again and continues to strengthen his new healthy habits.
